Since our founding, Yankee Capital Partners has acquired over $30 million in car wash properties and $100+ million in multifamily properties with over 600+ units. Our last full-cycle investment was a 168-unit Class B multifamily property in McKinney, TX (Dallas suburb) purchased in 2019. While we conservatively projected a 7 to 10-year hold period, an 8% Preferred Return, and a 15%-17% IRR, we sold the property after 3.33 years of ownership, generating an IRR of 28.32% and an Equity Multiple of 2.12x.
