With over twenty-five years of distinguished experience on Wall Street and as a hedge fund Partner, Wayne is a seasoned professional in the financial industry. His career includes pivotal roles as Vice President in institutional sales and trading at Lehman Brothers and Merrill Lynch. Notably, Wayne served as a Partner and Head of Investor Relations, Marketing, and Business Development at Downtown Associates, a hedge fund, where he played a crucial role in raising over $600 million from institutional, family office, and accredited investors.

Wayne's entrepreneurial spirit led him to launch his own company, and he has lent his expertise as a consultant to various projects. A founding member of the Mid-Atlantic Hedge Fund Association, Wayne has also contributed his insights by serving on numerous Boards. His academic background includes a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Rhode Island and an MBA in Finance from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University.

Beyond the boardroom, Wayne is a multifaceted individual. Inspired by his personal journey and a deep sense of empathy, he founded You Are Not Alone (YANA) Gifts—a venture dedicated to alleviating loneliness. In addition to his achievements in the business world, Wayne's athletic prowess is evident in his background as a Division I Scholarship Athlete and the University of Rhode Island Men’s Track and Field Team captain. His sporting journey continues as an Ironman triathlete and an active Mass Velocity Track Club member.
